Our three-tiered, tulle skirt has pull on styling with an elastic waist, belt loops and a coordinating tulle tie belt. Fully lined with an attached cotton slip. Pairs well with boots and a sweater, or a blouse and pumps for an evening out. Of course, you could always channel your inner ballerina and wear it with a scoop neck bodysuit and ballet flats.
