January, the shift from the holidays into the new year, the pressure to find your resolutions and transform into something new. Instead of focusing on all the pressure to reform and improve, we would like to focus this month on health and self-care. The things you do to rest and reset; to indulge and care for yourself inside and out. Here are three of our picks for the month of January.

Fresh citrus juice

Juice oranges and lemons and blend with fresh ginger, turmeric, and a little black pepper. Take it as a shot to refresh and boost your immune system. Bubble baths, silk sponges, and bath brushes.

Books and a glass of wine 

The epitome of leisure is curling up with a good book and sipping a glass of wine. Transporting yourself to new places through reading is such a nice way to spend your spare time. Especially at the beginning of a new year, you can refresh your perspective this way.
